Convenient Functions

  1. The products detect the overcurrent at the time of overload to stop and control to stop at the relay contacts for signal to protect motors.
  2. Unlike the breaker and thermal, these cut the power supply at the optional setting current value to protect reducers and machines instantly. The detected current, the load timer and the start cancel timer are settable (deliver at default setting).


Setting Range

  1. Detected Current
    Setting current value while protecting from overload Setting range: 0.1-2.5A [by 0.1A unit] *error ±10%
  2. Load Timer
    The length of time from detecting the overcurrent to shutting off the motor power Setting range: 0.3-0.8 sec [by 0.5sec unit] *error ±0.5sec (Timer will be reset when the current value falls below the detected current)
  3. Start cancel timer
    The length of time during ignoring the inrush current at start-up Setting Range: 1.0-8.0sec [by 0.5sec unit] *error ±0.5sec

Notes) An inverter cannot drive these products. Since the voltage with high frequency from the output of the inverter applies to the current relay board, the control power source of the board would be broken.

  1. This product is ideal for the Panasonic Blushless Motor KV series achieving the high performance. It can also be mounted to other motors.
  2. Improvement of the supply method, change of the design and reviewing the process achieve low cost.
  3. SG-P1 series, using the precision process technics adopting for the parallel shaft type, achieve high-efficiency and low-noise. All of these products have a tap hole on the end face of the output shaft. Two oil seals are put on the input and output parts to prevent grease leakage. (excluded C type)

Small Orthogonal Hollow Shaft Gearmotor

Combining HEX gears with special tooth-shape and Helical gears, this small orthogonal hollow shaft gearmotor achieves high efficiency and low noise. Three phase, 200V, 60/90W and reduction ratio 1/5 ? 1/300 are available. Since the output shaft direction of the reducer is on the center in the vertical direction of the mounting surface, the mounting surface can be right or left. In China, you can purchase equivalent products at local with short delivery.

The major parts other than ones in the catalog are also produced in-house. We will manage to meet your request for design, production of prototype, improvement and mass production.
