AI (Deep-Learning) is using an object recognition algorithm and good at inspection which is diffecult to be conducted by procedural one, such as inspecting products with individual differences or vague inspection.
Various different types of inspection can be conducted depending on setting, such as detecting cracks, stains, obejects and animals.

【Reason for low-price】
EI2 is a software which can be installed on a commercially available computer and used as an image inspection equipment by connecting a camera. If you have computer and camera, you can build the inspection equipment just by purchasing the software.
EI2 is also equipped with interfaces (RS232C, LAN, I/O, etc.) to facilitate control from PLCs and other software,and is designed to be introduced into automated production lines.

【Automated inspection recording (Traceability)】
If you need to keep a record for an inspection of non-defective and defective goods, a visual inspection requires you to do book or book entry by hands.
EI2 facilitates an automation of image inspection by automatically recording images, inspection result numbers such as dimension and angles.
