Standard Battery Pack

The "Standard Battery Pack Catalog" includes a wide selction of standard battery packs that can provide suitable one meeting customers' requirement.
TOCAD ENERGY uses lithium-ion batteries that have been passed in-house evaluation and certification, and covers all costs, including development and mold costs, to save customers' budget.
The lineup includes small lithium-ion battery packs (less than 500Wh) and medium-sized lithium-ion battery packs (500Wh to 2kWh).
Each types of battery also has dedicated chargers.

REB-101

The REB series is a 24V lithium-ion battery. Among the series, REB-101 (large-capacity type) is a detachable&replaceable battery with a large capacity of 597Wh, enabling extended operating time of devices. Battery replacement can further extend operating time.
It weights approximately 5kgs and can be held in one hand.
The handles on the top and side make it easy to carry and attach/detach the battery from the main unit/charger.
2-channel dedicated charger(charging time 5 hours) designed for multiple battery replacements is also available.
TOCAD also offers standard and custom battery packs to meet customers' need. It is ideal for AGVs and AMRs that require detachable batteries.

REB-102

The REB series is a 24V lithium-ion battery.
"REB-102" (high-rate type) is a lithium-ion battery module that achieves rapid charging, required for automated charging applications such as AGVs, AMRs, and other transport robots, as well as the high-rate discharge required for hill-climbing applications.
2 types of usages: 1. Large capacity type- built with 438Wh inside module and paralleled battery 2. Replacable type- charged by dedicated 2-channel charger. It weights approximately 5kgs and can be held in one hand.
The handles on the top and side make it easy to carry and attach/detach the battery from the main unit/charger.
