Most of main component parts (shaft, hub, stator and magnet), except for winding and lead wires, are manufactured in-house within group companies. This gives Minebea competitive advantage in terms of quality, supply capabilities, manufacturing cost and delivery time. Integral molding of a stator reduces assembly processes to make automatic assembly possible and improve production efficiency. Using an integrated production system at plant in Thailand, products are sold in the global market.

PM Synchronous Motor by Sanryu-sha is a motor rotating at a constant speed with the rotating magnetic field using a permanent magnet in a rotor. Two incorporated coils enable forward and reverse rotation. A motor itself has holding power with the action of permanent magnets. Stepping motors are also in production, and they are used for a wide range of applications from automatic machines to industry equipment. Gears for each reduction ratio are available. We have a good relationship with Sanryu-sha. Not only we purchase motors, but also entrust an unit assembly business utilizing the factory. Expanding business, not limited to motors, we would like to develop together in the future.

The stepping motors, 2-Phase HB type, 2-Phase PM type and 3-Phase HB type, can be used for various equipment. Micro-step type drivers are in-house products. Brushed DC Motors and AC Synchronous Motors are also available.

Micro-Step, Ltd. is the first company in Japan to develop the micro-step driver for the stepping motors and has been steadily stacking track records. High-speed and high-torque type, which standard type can not achieve, small and low-cost type and high-performance type are available.
