• Ultrasonic spindle can add vertical vibration (20kHz~35kHz) to the standard milling process which can shorten about 40% of processing time on ceramic supposed to take 2 hours.
• When ultrasonic is off, it can be used as ordinary spindle for milling and grinding process.

Belt Type Cutting Spindle has lower vibration and noise, more simple mounting for easy maintenance and lower cost than Gear Type ones. When pulley with high torque tooth are used, the slip-less enable to dramatically reduce the noise and heat during process. Because of this, these spindles are often used for large machining centers.
