Precision Ballscrew
Feature
- Using materials and equipment made in Japan and German, Precision ballscrews are made of German Alloy steels, 50CrMo4 (DIN), which are excellent in quenching and tempering. In compliance with JIS B1192 and ISO9001, PMI manufactures precision ballscrews. The products are machined, ground, assembled and inspected under the constant temperature control to ensure high accuracy.
- The adoption of the divided return tube (patented in Taiwan) achieved maximum 140,000 in DN value with High Lead.

Rolled Ballscrew
Feature
- PMI manufactures rolled ballscrews, combining advanced skills and CNC rolling machine imported from Bad Duben in Germany. PMI adheres to a strict quality control policy at every stage of production, from selecting material, rolled processing and induction hardening heat treatment to post processing.
- Carburizing heat treatment and screw groove polishing increase smoothness and decrease frictional force and axial backlash to ensure operability and durability.

Ball Spline
Feature
The ball spline has load groove of three row on the outside diameter of shaft. Because of the Gothic arch groove design, it could make sure three grooves withstand clockwise or Counterclockwise of torque at the same time, and then increase the service life and rigidity.
- Large load capacity
- High rigidity: A contact angle of 30° and proper preload give high rigidity
- No angular backlash
- Various types: Hollow/Solid, Cylindrical/Flanged Type, etc.
- Ball retaining : The special design, ball recirculation in ball holder, prevent balls falling from the spline nut while assembling.

Ballscrew Spline
Feature
Ballscrew Spline has the nail screw with cross of ballscrew groove and ball spline groove on one axis. Rotating or stopping ballscrew, ballscrew nut and spline nut makes it possible to move in three method (rotation, linear, spiral) with one axis.

Ball Screw AD Series
A new circulation method (SIDE DEFLECTORTM) is used to achieve an optimal recirculation structure and an ideal transition for the ball into the recirculation passage. This design contributes to a more compact nut, higher speed, and quieter operation.
