Heat-Resistant Filter
Filters for high-temperature environment. Various type filters such as prefilters, medium-performance, 500℃-resistant HEPA and so on, can be used for various uses.

Pre-filter
Coarse dust filter used widely. The panel type and the auto-roll type are used for the air conditioner and air-intake. Products compatible with eliminators and demisters are also available.

Chemical Filter
Strict control of gas component is recently required for clean room. The gasification-countermeasure filters and the chemical-countermeasure filters to adsorb and decompose gas in the air are needed in various fields. Filters with sterilize enzyme and electron beam filters are also available.
